Rev. Angus Gibb

4pm pastor

Angus and his family arrived in Orange in 2020. Married to Stephanie, and with three young children, Angus enjoys camping, fly-fishing, growing his own vegetables and he’s a bit of a foodie – perfect for Orange.

Angus grew up in country Tasmania, completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Tasmania and an MTS Apprenticeship at St Andrews Presbyterian Church, Launceston.

Angus and Steph moved to the mainland in 2014, so that Angus could complete a Masters of Divinity and Graduate Diploma of Divinity at Christ College in Sydney. Following graduation, Angus served for 2 years at Tumut Presbyterian Church before relocating to Orange.

Lachlan - or Lachy - is passionate about seeing young people know Jesus. He has lived in many places from Victoria to Vanuatu, before moving back to Orange in 2018. Lachy loves playing guitar, building Lego, and photography. Also cars.

In 2021, Lachy completed The Bridge gap year program at Sydney Missionary Bible College, completing a Diploma of Theology and growing a passion to serve Jesus wherever he goes. He moved back to Orange and joined Orange Presbyterian, completing a 2-year MTS METRO Apprenticeship, leading the youth ministry team during that time. He now runs JPY, our church's youth ministry, which includes running camps, youth events, and the weekly teaching of the Bible. He also leads a young adult Bible study on Thursday nights.
